Obituary of Charmaine Kande Marie Robinson

Charmaine Kande Marie Robinson, 33 of Utica, NY was called home on July 6, 2018.

Charmaine “Kande” Marie Robinson was born on October 31, 1984 to Darran Robinson and Stacy Gough in Kansas City, Missouri, one of eight siblings. 

“Kande” attended and graduated from the Kansas City school district.  After relocating to Utica, NY, she majored in nursing at MVCC.  Upon receiving her degree, she became a CNA/CMT, known for her caring and understanding nature at the Maywood Terrace Living Center.  Kande then transitioned to working as a Customer Service Representative at APAC and then became a Customer Service / Dispatcher at Triple AAA in Utica, NY.

Charmaine Kande Marie Robinson leaves to celebrate her memories:  her son, Marzell Bell; her father: Darran (Desiree) Robinson; her mother, Stacy Gough; sisters:  Deon Robinson, Darrian Robinson, Tiara Robinson and Toni Robinson; brothers:  Joshua Gray, Urian Gray, Urich Gray and Damien Robinson.  An uncle, Keith “Skeeter” Gough, a confidant and a source of peace and comfort whenever needed; as well as  a nephew and a host of  aunts, uncles, cousins and many friends.

Charmaine is predeceased by her grandmothers:  Charmaine Robinson (Brooklyn, NY) and Kande Gough (Kansas City, MO).  The two grandmothers always made sure that Charmaine was first and foremost.  There was never a moment when Kande could not call on either one of them, just to say “hello”.  They also kept her father, Darran, in the forefront, knowing that there is no stronger love than that of a father.

Charmaine Kande Marie Robinson will join her grandmothers in her homegoing.  The Lord has blessed the Robinson family with 33 years of her love and presence and the Lord found it right to call her home at this time.
