Obituary of Willie L. Mosley

Willie L. Mosley, born October 4, 1930 in Chauncey, GA went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, January 29, 2020. Willie L. Mosley met Eldora Cason in West Palm Beach, FL and later moved to Utica, NY where they were married by the late Reverend Wright. From this union were six children: Elizabeth (Bill) Hendricks, Willie A. Mosley, Judy D. Mosley, Terry L. (Tawana) Mosley, Jerry C. (Jessica) Mosley and Gary Mosley. Willie was not only dedicated to his family but to his 55 years of employment at Pepsi Cola as well. He loved baseball (Go Yankees!). Will enjoyed his hobby of picking up cardboard, bottles and cans as well as stripping wire. He also enjoyed going to church “AMEN” and taking long walks where he met many new friends. In addition to his children, Willie leaves to cherish his memory: eight grandchildren: Tamara, Renee, Billy, Jordan, Isiah, Alexis, Zackey, two step-children: Michael and Chante, fifteen great grandchildren, thirteen great-great grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews. Willie is predeceased by his parents, granddaughter Tonya and four great grandchildren. The family of Willie L. Mosley wish to express their sincere and heartfelt gratitude for all the prayers, calls, cards, flowers, visits love and all other acts of kindness shared during this time of grief. We truly appreciate the family and friends as well as the staff at both Faxton-St. Lukes and The Pines of Utica.
