To the Bell Family,
I am very saddened to hear of Art's passing. I have many fond memories of him from our days living on Blandina Street and when he played in the Jim Winston Band at the dances at St. John' s youth center. I was always impressed by Art's intellect. He was definitely a brother thinking outside the box. I hope that you will find comfort in all the fun times spent with him.
